Product description:
◆V5-300A4A four-head automatic port search palletizing filling machine, using top type filling method, suitable for filling a variety of non-foaming liquid materials.
◆The unique liquid quantitative filling nozzle device is designed for easy operation, fast and accurate filling. And minimize drips of residual fluid after filling.
◆During the operation, the operator will first press the start button to the empty bucket area, and the empty bucket will be automatically transported to the corresponding filling platform, and the system will automatically turn the barrel to capture the barrel hole.
◆When the hole of the barrel is aligned with the filling nozzle, the filling nozzle will be automatically inserted into the barrel and the empty barrel will automatically tare.
◆Then open the filling valve and fill accurately at double-speed. At the end of filling, the filling nozzle is automatically lifted out of the barrel, and the drip plate is automatically connected to the bottom of the filling nozzle.
◆When all 4 barrels are filled, the conveyor will be automatically started to send the packing barrel to the out barrel area for capping.
◆After the capping is completed, push it to the bucket divider for automatic bucket division, and then load it to the transplanting machine for automatic palletizing. After the palletizing is completed, the tray will be sent to the lower pallet station automatically, and the forklift will fork barrels away, the process is completed.
