二、System overview
1.Filling process of storage bin:
After manually selected a certain raw material manual valve, three different kinds of liquid raw materials from the raw material storage tank,respectively through the feed pump - pipeline - pneumatic ball valve, added into the mixing weighing tank, when the weight reach the formula requirements, the system automatically closed the corresponding pump and valve.
2.Filling process of packing barrel raw materials:
After manually selecting the feed/return manual valve, the liquid raw materials from the packing barrel are added to the mixing weighing tank through the feed diaphragm pump -- pipeline -- pneumatic ball valve. When the weight value required by the formula is reached, the system will automatically close the corresponding pump and valve.
3.Remote monitoring: remote monitoring contacts are reserved for users to access the monitoring site weight and movement of the remote PC.
