1. The liquid packing machine adopts the filling method under the liquid level in the barrel, which is suitable for 200L single barrel filling; The unique design of adjustable pneumatic ball valve and spray gun not only improves the filling speed, but also ensures the filling accuracy. And can minimize the drip of residual liquid after perfusion. The gas collecting cover can avoid the leakage of volatile gas during the filling process and effectively protect the operator.

Working process:

Manual to the barrel → press [start] button → filling nozzle automatically inserted into the barrel → automatic tare → Automatic double-speed filling → automatic lifting once complete → drip proof plate liquid → error detection display → manually lower the barrel cap
