V5-300B-4SSQ 4 head automatic liquid quantitative filling scale, 200L hydrofluoric acid automatic filling machine adopts sub-surface automatic gun-lifting filling method, suitable for filling high viscosity and foamy liquid materials such as maltose syrup .
The uniquely designed filling nozzle device is easy to operate, fast and accurate infusion, and to maximize the leakage of residual liquid when the infusion is completed.
During operation, the operator only needs to simply set the filling weight, press the [Start] button, and then place it on the empty barrel conveyor. The filling machine will automatically transport the empty barrel into place and push it into the weighing table, then automatically insert the filling nozzle into the barrel, and automatically peel the empty barrel and open the filling valve to accurately double-speed filling. After filling is complete , the filling nozzle is automatically lifted out of the barrel, and the conveyor automatically sends the filled packaging barrel out.
