Features:
■Four 50-200kg drums can be placed on the pallet at the same time, and the nozzle can be manually aligned with the barrel mouth for filling one by one, avoid the trouble of stacking on the pallet after single barrel filling;
■The whole system is made of explosion-proof standard, the explosion-proof grade is ExdiaIIBT4;
■The weighing display control instrument and the weighing sensor have the explosion-proof certification;
■The filling lance is mounted on a special device, and the manual handle can stretch and rotate the bucket freely;
■The filling lance adopts insertion perfusion to avoid causing the material to fly shallow on the drum and affecting the outer packing.
■The system adopts two-stage automatic filling method to improve the accuracy;
■At the same time when filling starts, the system will automatically perform the weight deduction function to tare on the weighing table;
■After the filling value of single drum reached, the filling lance will be automatically lifted and waiting for the next filling;
■After the filling is completed, just manually move the drum out of the weighing table;
■In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button to cancel the filling;
■When the filling lance is not inserted into the barrel and pressed outside of the barrel mouth, the filling lance is automatically lifts and the filling not starts.
■Unique anti-drip device to prevent material from dripping on the barrel;
■After filling is completed, just move the whole pallet out of the weighing table manually;
■One-button filling: start - filling lance down - automatic tare - filling -  filling completed and filling lance up.
